California Latino Water Coalition Statement On USBR’s Increased CVP Water Allocation

The California Latino Water Coalition today issued a statement from its Chairman, entertainer Paul Rodriguez, in response to an announcement by Interior Secretary Ken Salazar that the Central Valley Project water supply allocation for south-of-Delta agricultural contractors has been increased from 5% to 25% with the possibility of an additional 8 to 10%.
